Last week I mentioned that I'm making an effort to take care of my hair after a fun-filled summer. Hairfinity is another product that I'm excited about adding to my hair care arsenal. In high school, some of my girlfriends took hair vitamins to help their hair grow longer. I thought it was such a funny thing to do, but that's probably because my hair was already super long and healthy at the timw. Now that my hair could use a little extra help when it comes to shine factor, I'm all for vitamins! These Hairfinity vitamins restore missing nutrients to encourage hair growth and help to make your hair thicker and shinier. The Kardashians are fans as well, and while I might not be a fan of the Kardashians myself, I have to admit Kim has great hair. You can check out Hairfinity's testimonial page to see a ton of before and after shots from women who have been taking the vitamins for a couple months. Here's a sample one from their page:
I also did some research on the top foods for healthy hair, and was happy to find that oysters fall in that category. Just one more reason to go to Hog Island and shuck fresh oysters. Other foods for healthy hair include salmon, walnuts, eggs, spinach, greek yogurt, blue berries, and poultry. You know, healthy proteins and antioxidants!
What are some tricks you use to keep your hair happy and healthy?
